Overview
Singapore operates one of the most technologically advanced drone fleets in Southeast Asia, leveraging its strong defense-industrial base (ST Engineering) and longstanding Israeli defense ties. The Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) employ Israeli MALE platforms alongside indigenous small/medium UAS from ST Engineering. Singapore is also a leader in autonomy research, swarm technology, and counter-drone development through DSO National Laboratories and DSTA.
