YUGOSLAV/SERBIAN MINES
PROLIFERATION NOTE: Yugoslav mines are among the most widely encountered worldwide. Produced in massive quantities by SDPR (Federal Directorate for Supply and Procurement) and Krusik, they were exported to 30+ countries and encountered in the Balkans, Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The minimum-metal construction of most Yugoslav mines makes them extremely difficult to detect.
